Payment methods and shipping costs
1. Delivery
1.1. Your order is shipped by DHL or by freight carrier.
1.2. We ship to the following countries: Germany, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam
1.3. Goods delivered by freight carrier are delivered "to the kerbside" unless otherwise agreed, i.e. to the public kerb closest to the delivery address.
2. Shipping costs
2.1. Shipping costs within Germany depend on the weight of the goods, which is stated separately in the respective product description.
Shipping by DHL. The shipping costs are: up to 2 kg EUR 5.90, up to 10 kg EUR 9.90, up to 31.5 kg EUR 14.90. Rowing machines are delivered free of charge within Germany.
From a gross order value of EUR 200 we ship free of charge.
2.2. International shipping costs are calculated by weight (exception: United Kingdom by order value) and are shown in the cart and at checkout. The following shipping costs apply:
Switzerland: up to 2 kg CHF 12.90, up to 10 kg CHF 19.90, up to 20 kg CHF 29.90. Deliveries to Switzerland are free of shipping costs from an order value of CHF 200. Delivery is duty and tax paid (DDP): all import charges are included in the price, nothing more is due on delivery.
United Kingdom: shipping costs depend on the order value: EUR 180.00 to 399.99: EUR 16.90, EUR 400.00 to 699.99: EUR 26.90, from EUR 700.00: EUR 38.90. A minimum order value of EUR 180 applies to deliveries to the United Kingdom. Delivery is duty and tax paid (DDP): duties and import taxes are included in the shipping price, nothing more is due on delivery.
USA: up to 2 kg EUR 49.90, up to 10 kg EUR 69.90, up to 20 kg EUR 99.90, up to 31.5 kg EUR 139.90. Delivery is duty paid (DDP): customs duties are included in the shipping price, nothing more is due on delivery.
Egypt, Israel and Türkiye: up to 2 kg EUR 27.90, up to 10 kg EUR 29.90, up to 20 kg EUR 41.90, up to 31.5 kg EUR 59.90.
Canada, Mexico, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Qatar, Malaysia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam: up to 2 kg EUR 34.90, up to 10 kg EUR 47.90, up to 20 kg EUR 81.90, up to 31.5 kg EUR 120.90.
Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Colombia: up to 2 kg EUR 40.90, up to 10 kg EUR 57.90, up to 20 kg EUR 97.90, up to 31.5 kg EUR 143.90.
For the last-mentioned countries (delivery DAP): import charges (customs duties and import taxes) are not included in the price and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Rowing machines are delivered only to Germany and Switzerland, free of shipping costs in both cases.
2.3. For cross-border deliveries, further taxes (for example in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or charges such as customs duties may apply. These are to be borne by you.
3. Delivery time
3.1. FlowRow Boards and conversion kits are assembled individually after your order. Boards are usually ready to ship within 2 working days, in exceptional cases within 4 working days. Conversion kits are usually ready to ship the next working day, at the latest within 4 working days. For payment in advance, the period begins on receipt of payment; otherwise on conclusion of the contract.
3.2. Add the transit time from dispatch: Germany 1 to 2 working days, Switzerland 2 to 3 working days, United Kingdom 3 to 5 working days, USA 4 to 7 working days, other countries 5 to 12 working days.
3.3. Rowing machines are delivered directly by the manufacturer by freight carrier, usually within 5 to 10 working days after receipt of payment. The carrier will arrange the delivery date with you in advance.
