FlowRow Board for Concept2 Slides
Do you row on Concept2 Slides? There is a dedicated version of the FlowRow Board for that. The larger lower boards fit precisely into the carriages of the Slides. This combines the sideways tilt of the FlowRow Board with the lengthwise movement of the Slides.
Why Slides?
Rowing in three dimensions of movement
1. Back and forth
On a conventional rowing machine you glide back and forth on the seat.
2. Sideways tilt
The FlowRow Board adds the second movement. Your deep core muscles balance out the sideways tilt with every stroke.
3. The whole rowing machine glides
Slides add the third movement: the entire rowing machine glides back and forth – much like a boat running underneath you. The result is a rowing feel remarkably close to a real racing single.
